Leads the design and delivery of Finance and Controlling solutions on SAP S/4HANA across multi-country European rollouts — translating complex, multi-jurisdiction finance requirements into robust, compliant and maintainable SAP configurations that give clients accurate management information, clean statutory reporting and a controlled financial close.
What you will be doing:
- Leading FICO workstream design across country rollouts including the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Italy, harmonising a global template against local statutory and tax requirements
- Configuring General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, and internal orders
- Designing CO-PA margin analysis, account determination, profit centre derivation and Event-Based Revenue Recognition
- Running fit-to-standard workshops and producing functional specifications for developments, interfaces and data migration
- Coordinating integration with MM, SD and PP for clean end-to-end processes and correct financial postings
- Supporting cutover, hypercare and knowledge transfer to client finance and support teams
What we are looking for: A hands-on finance transformation specialist who is equally comfortable in a configuration client and a boardroom, who can defend design decisions to Finance Directors and mentor junior consultants, and who thrives on the complexity of cross-border programmes.
Education and experience:
