Founder & Managing Principal

Dr Kazeem O. Salaam brings 25 years of experience across consulting, banking, financial services, corporate finance, institutional reform and complex transformation. As Founder & Managing Principal, he provides firm-wide leadership across Finaffairs’ capabilities, advising boards, executives, public institutions and development partners on translating strategic priorities into practical programmes and measurable results.

He holds a PhD in Finance and an MBA in Financial Services, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. His multidisciplinary approach combines financial and commercial judgement with organisation design, governance, programme delivery and capacity development—strengthening institutions, improving decision quality and embedding change that clients can sustain.
